Acceptance of Terms
By using the Desore platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Desore reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Personalized Phone Cases
Desore specializes in personalized phone cases. Each case is made to order based on the customer’s specifications, including phone model, color, and personalized text. Please review your customization choices carefully before placing an order as personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order, but rather confirms that we have received it. Desore reserves the right to cancel or limit the quantity of any order for any reason.
Legal Right of Cancellation
Users may cancel the order that they have placed up until the point the Product they ordered has been submitted for print. If Users cancel their order before the Product has been sent for printing, we provide them with the refund in the amount that they paid to Podbase minus our processing fee.
Personalized products are one of a kind and has been manufactured only for you. Therefore we can not exchange or refund any customized products under any circumstances unless the product has a manufacturer’s defect.
Due to the unique and custom nature of personalized cases, we regret to inform you that these items are exempt from the standard right of cancellation, unless there is a defect or error on our part. We take utmost care in ensuring the accuracy and quality of personalized products, but should you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange modification.
Items returning
In accordance with Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and the Council dated 20 May 1997, which addresses the protection of consumers in distance contracts, the Buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract if the purchased goods are of a customized nature, made specifically according to the Buyer’s instructions.
As the item you acquired from our online store is tailored to your specific requirements, returns will only be accepted in cases where the product exhibits defects, deviates from your order specifications, or incurs damage during the shipping process.
Refunds will not be provided for items returned without a valid reason or without prior communication with us.
Upon acceptance of a returned item, the refund will be processed using the same payment method employed for the original purchase. Please be aware that the cost of shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the Buyer.
When initiating a return, ensure that the product remains unused and is returned in its original packaging. Label the package as “RETURNED ITEM” to prevent any potential confusion.
Amendment of Orders
Once an order for personalized items is placed, changes can be made until the point the Product they ordered has been submitted for production. Please review your choices carefully before confirming your order. If you notice an error or have concerns about your personalized case, contact us immediately to assess the possibility of modification.
Pricing and Payment
All prices on the Desore platform are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order placement. Desore accepts various payment methods, and all transactions are processed securely.
Shipping and Delivery
Desore aims to process and ship orders promptly. However, delivery times may vary based on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information. Desore is not responsible for any delays caused by external factors such as customs, weather, or carrier issues.
Warranty Coverage
Desore is committed to delivering products of the highest quality. We provide a limited warranty on manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
Warranty Scope
Manufacturing Defects: If your product is found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, Desore will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item free of charge.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incidental or consequential damages, or damage resulting from improper care, misuse, or accidents.
How to Claim Warranty
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team. Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with supporting photographs where applicable. Our team will guide you through the warranty assessment process and provide instructions for the return, repair, or replacement of the product.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Desore or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products.
Dispute settlement and applicable law
These terms and the acquisition of goods shall be subject to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these terms or the purchase of goods will be resolved and brought before the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania. It is important to acknowledge that legal proceedings may be initiated in the jurisdiction where the buyer holds a permanent residence.

All content on the Desore platform, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Desore and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited.
